Due to the nature of food products, items purchased from our store are not eligible for return once delivered. This policy helps us maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging clearly showing the issue

After reviewing the information provided, we will determine whether the issue qualifies for a refund.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Eligible Situations

We may not be able to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery

  • Products that have been consumed or heavily used

  • Issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
